Each tier offers different deliverables and service levels, which are detailed on the website.

The7Tiers reserves the right to update service features at any time.

3. Service Delivery

A. Subscription Tiers (Tier 1–3 & Tier 7)

  • Work is delivered through an active request system
  • Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Deliverables depend on your tier level
  • Work may pause during weekends, holidays, or unforeseen downtime
  • Clients must provide clear instructions to avoid delays

B. Fixed-Scope Projects (Tier 4–6)

  • Each project follows a predefined scope and timeline
  • Any additional feature or change may incur extra cost
  • Timeline adjustments may occur based on complexity or client response time

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Supply content, access, and brand assets when requested
  • Review deliverables promptly
  • Maintain active payment methods
  • Comply with usage rules, including reasonable request limits

Delays in providing required materials may extend turnaround times.

5. Payment Terms

  • Prices for each tier or project are listed on com
  • Payments may be monthly, quarterly, or pre-paid, depending on your plan
  • All payments are processed securely via third-party processors
  • Failed or late payments may suspend or terminate service

6. Refunds & Cancellations

7. Ownership of Work

Upon full payment:

  • You receive exclusive rights to final deliverables
  • Drafts, source files, and working files remain The7Tiers’ intellectual property unless explicitly included
  • All unlicensed or premium assets (fonts, photos, plugins) must be purchased separately

The7Tiers may showcase completed work in portfolios unless a written NDA is requested.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the services for unlawful purposes
  • Copy, replicate, or resell our processes or subscription system
  • Abuse unlimited request privileges
  • Provide misleading or harmful instructions
  • Attempt to breach platform security

9. Limitation of Liability

The7Tiers is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Business interruptions
  • Delays caused by third-party platforms
  • Client failure to provide required materials
  • Performance of ads, campaigns, or SEO rankings

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the last 30 days of service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend service for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of service
  • Non-payment
  • Violation of Terms

You may terminate your subscription anytime, subject to the refund rules applicable to your tier.
